Inside the school: Spread your sleeping bag on the gym floor. Use an air matress if you like. It's a bit like sharing a big bed with several hundred other people.
Outside the school: Find yourself a nice shady piece of grass on the school grounds an set up the tent you brought along.
Do whichever makes you most comfortable, but be aware inside space may be limited. When you need a break from the sleeping bag, book yourself a local room. It's all very informal.
I've never used the tent service or the hotel shuttle so I can't comment about that.
