:D  Thanks I did read it in the news letter. Too bad that you couldn't have both the meal plan and groups selling food. Looking forward to the ride and hope to meet new people and some of the ones I met last year. It's always seems like a great group of riders and a good time ;)

Yes, there will be groups selling breakfast and dinner at all overnight schools. We had hoped to organize a meal plan this year, (one price for the whole week), but we didn't get enough folks to sign up for it. The food should be plentyful and tasty.

We will also have shuttle busses into town for folks that would like to eat in town,
bon appetit :D

This year I'm will have my 17 year old (now) 18 in June son riding with us. We are looking forward to the trip. When I say us we are traveling with another family from Estherville.

we are doing SAGBRAW this year and was also wondering about the meal plan. I can see how having it all taken care of for you with no worrys would be nice, but I also like the idea of experiencing what each area has to offer. Will there be local groups selling food for dinner and breakfast? We have done RAGBRAI and feeding the riders was a great fund raiser for the local churches, scouts and others.
