Well my time is finally freed up.  I recently resigned from a high paying tech career to devote more time to promoting cycling.  Been wanted to do this for awhile now and took the leap. Now I can get into the Two Bicycles and a Map  meeting and devote some serious time. I hope to join the the Northwoods Tour and use one day as a volunteer as well.

Considering joining GRABAAW as a non rider and possible rider on final event.

If you need help I am here.

Ric Greene

Co Manager of Schwinn Collectors

Join me on Madison's Tour De Cure  on May 17th.  I will be riding with Team Schwinn if you would like to help sponsor me.

I haven't seen anything yet either.   But based on 2004 and 2006 (my two GRABAAWR experiences), you can expect an average of about 60 miles per day.  Last year, we had five days at 60 miles or less, one at 70 miles and one at 82.  I would guess this year will be about the same.

I haven't seen anything on the mileage from city to city on GRABAAWR yet.

Anything coming out soon that might give me a idea of what's to come? I enjoy the adventure but would be nice to know the mileage each day. This is my first year for the GRABAAWR ride, looking forward to it.

Thanks

I will be on all three tours.  I won't be biking much - I'll be too busy supporting all of you wonderful riders!

As far as the job is concerned - it is pretty nice to be able to help plan bike tours.  I'll let you know if I ever decide to move on!

Hey Megan,

First: Are you doing all three Wisconsin tours?

Second: Where can I get a job like yours?

    Hi Folks-

Just wanted to introduce myself!  I am one of the two new Assistant Tour Directors at Two Bicycles and A Map.  I have been enjoying learning the ropes and helping to plan the tours.  I am really looking forward to the summer.  (Especially after the last few weeks!)  It will be great to meet all of you riders and see some of the sights around Wisconsin.  Know that we are working hard here in Madison to make sure all of the tours are well-planned and lots of fun!
